1. Status of Court case?

Ans: The status of a court case can be viewed on the website of the concerned court where such links are available : .

2. Order passed in a court case and reply filed?

Ans: The court orders are available on the website of the concerned court and can be viewed / downloaded from the website. Further, certified copy of the court order or the reply filed can be obtained only from the court concerned by making such application with payment of requisite court fee.

3. Action taken on the court order?

Ans: The Hon’ble Court order on receipt in KVS HQ Legal Section is forwarded to the concerned section dealing with the subject matter for further action, at the earliest. Further, the decision, so as to comply with the court order or to go for appeal before the next higher court is taken by the concerned section only.
