Joint Commissioner (Finance)
Sh. Satya Narain Gulia joined Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan as Joint Commissioner (Finance) on October 23, 2020. Prior to joining KVS as JC (Fin.) he served in different Institutes (including Hqrs) of CSIR (an autonomous body under the Ministry of Science & Technology, GoI) for more than 21 years in different capacities as an Officer in Finance & Accounts Cadre.
Sh. Gulia holds MBA (Finance + Human Resource Management) dual specialization degree. He also possesses double M.Sc. degrees in Physics and Ecology & Environment. In addition, he holds B.Ed. Degree and has valuable experience of around 5 years in teaching also.
He is an avid reader and has also authored a book on Government Rules & Regulations particularly helpful for new recruitees in Government service.
