KVS PRIDE- INMO AWARDEES-2008

 
KVS Maths Olympiad 

Indian National Mathematical Olympiad (INMO) -2008  conducted by National Board of Higher Mathematics ( NBHM) on 20-01-2008 at various centers all over the country. 30 students from junior group and two students from senior group participated from KVS.About 1000 students from junior group and about 15 students from senior group participated in INMO -2008.

 26 students from junior group and 10 students from senior group were selected for INMO Award -2008 . 

The following three students have been selected for INMO- Award-2008 from KVS Group:  

1. Ajitesh Shrivastava   KV Ishapore No.1,  Kolkata (Junior Group)
 

2. M. Prasanna, KV Ashok Nagar Chennai  (Senior Group)

Outstanding Achievement:   WON the prestigious NTSE Award conducted by NCERT in X Std.  Only one to have been selected in the school.

INMO Awardee-2007 Selected for IMOTC

STOOD FIFTH in the country in National Cyber Olympiad in X Std. Was given an LG camera mobile.  Received coverage in ‘DownTown’, supplementary of ‘The Hindu’ dated 18.6.2006.

SECURED 92% in CBSE X Std Exam, scoring 100% IN MATHS AND SANSKRIT.

SECOND RANK in Chennai City in the All India competition conducted by UNIFIED, Hyderabad. In IX Std.].
